Prior to joining ACS in 2010, Ms. Lin focused on her dissertation work under Dr. Cathy Bradley’s tutelage, examining the relationship between nursing home organizational characteristics and utilization of cancer-related medical services by using Medicare, Medicaid and Michigan cancer registry data. Anna received her PhD in Health Service Organization and Research from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Lin is well versed in the analysis of health services research data using Hospital Compare, Nursing Home Compare, AHA, OSCAR, HIMSS, Medicare and Medicaid claims and cancer registry data. Her research interests include the evaluation of treatment compliance and quality, access to care, and disparities by race, ethnicity and insurance status.
